Situated along the river in Salford, this mid-market hotel delights with its subtle layering of glazed curtain walling, red sandstone, and charcoal brick, offering a contemporary echo of the detailed façades of its Victorian surroundings, including Riverside House across New Quay Street.  Boasting a natural stone and anodized aluminium facade, the hotel’s glazed corners afford sweeping views of Manchester and Salford.  Completed for Muse Developments at the height of the recession in 2014, we were pleased to present a design within time and budgetary constraints at approximately £65k per key.
